REFUND & RETURN POLICY

We want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it.

RETURNS — 30 DAYS

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible, the item must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In its original condition
- With all original tags still attached

Items that come back worn, washed, or without tags cannot be refunded.

HOW TO START A RETURN

Email us at halofaithletics@gmail.com with your order number and what you'd like to return. We'll send you the return address and instructions. Please don't send anything back before contacting us — we can't process returns we aren't expecting.

Return shipping is paid by the customer. We recommend a tracked service; we can't refund items that don't reach us.

EXCHANGES — FIRST ONE IS ON US

If the size isn't right, your first exchange is free. You cover shipping to send the original item back, and we'll ship the replacement to you at no charge.

For any exchange after the first, standard shipping charges apply.

Exchanges are subject to availability. Our first runs are small, so if your size has sold out we'll refund you instead.

CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED ITEMS

Custom and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Because they're made specifically for you, we can't resell them. Please double-check your spelling, sizing, and design details before ordering.

This does not apply if we made the error or the item arrives damaged — see below.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, that's on us. Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll replace it or refund you in full — including all shipping costs. You won't pay anything.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it.

Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.
